Reheat was commissioned by Bioenergy Europe to research and formulate international standards and an accompanying training programme for biomass boiler installers.

This began with a survey of bioenergy associations and manufacturers in 25 countries. The results of the survey informed the development of the project scope, identified national gaps in provision and informed a SWOT analysis of the developing international programme.

The survey and our subsequent engagement demonstrated the ability of Reheat to successfully communicate and engage with relevant audiences, and to synthesise the results of diverse viewpoints into a coherent and persuasive narrative.
