Who We Are

Powered by people with a purpose.

The climate and energy crisis is impacting on us all like never before. We believe there is a path that every business and community can take to transition away from fossil fuels.

‍Reheat was established in 2011 by Directors Ben Tansey and Neil Harrison, each with a decade of experience in sustainable forest management, consultancy, training, and best practice, which evolved into low carbon heat solutions.

What we do
Today, we are a team of in-house consultants, designers, project managers and engineers delivering low carbon heat solutions for clients with large and complex energy requirements.

Who we do it for
We work across the UK and internationally in a wide variety of industries and sectors, including manufacturing, hospitality, historic buildings and estates, local authorities, education and communities.

Our Values

We are a company that realises our common purpose through people – our team, our clients, our stakeholders.

We are built on a foundation of family, support, compassion, and trust. Our relationships are upheld with respect, inclusivity, and ethical behaviour for our colleagues, the people we engage with and as part of our wider contribution to society.

We take a different approach to energy solutions and embrace challenging and complex projects, from city centres to those in rural, remote, and off-grid locations.

We don’t always sit in a comfort zone. Our workplace is dynamic and varied, we constantly collaborate and are always open to innovative approaches to do things better.

Our high performance starts with understanding our clients’ “Why”, to align ourselves with their decarbonisation goals and deliver premium solutions.

We combine this understanding with our excellence, knowledge, professionalism, quality, and reliability – underpinned by our friendly and honest approach. We are proud to have a reputation where clients and stakeholders trust us as a best-in-class organisation, ready to take on the challenge, solve problems and add value to their sustainability ambitions.

We believe in giving everyone in our team the opportunity to grow and be motivated to make a meaningful difference through the work they do.

Learning and development is a critical part of everyone’s career, so too is being given the space to be curious and share thoughts and knowledge. As a business, we have the opportunity to continue to grow sustainably and in the right way, working collectively towards our purpose and the benefits it brings.
