We deliver improvements to failing and underperforming low carbon heat networks through auditing of the generation plant and heat network infrastructure, identifying of the root cause of performance issues and quantifying their impacts. We develop remedial proposals for long-term heat network improvement plans, and provide clients with a redesign and clear outline of practical steps to resolve any issues identified.

Heat network efficiency improvement

We manage ongoing programmes to improve efficiency through a data-led approach using remote monitoring and incremental upgrades. Our proven approach has helped clients to significantly improve delta Ts, lower flow temperatures and improve network control. For social housing projects, we have helped to move hundreds of residents to controllable metered heating, reducing heat costs, as well as dramatically reducing CO₂ emissions.

Water treatment

Poor water quality is a hidden and often overlooked cause of system degradation. It can shorten equipment lifespan, lead to costly failures, and potentially invalidate manufacturer warranties. As a result, we provide clients with water sampling and treatment services. We also follow VDI 2035 Compliance – a demineralised approach – which we regard as the highest possible standard in water treatment.
